As we get into the swing of things for 2023, our friends from the Intergen Team are sharing a wonderful resource just in time to for lent. A time we prepare to journey towards Easter.

This awesome resource has been created by a collaborative team from across the Qld Synod of the Uniting Church and we know that this work will definitely provide support to many congregations wanting to prepare week to week in the upcoming Lenten season!
In this document are bible readings, themes and suggestions for prayers, videos, and activities to do in worship, to assist with weekly worship preparation for the five Sundays of Lent. There will be another resource providing similar for Holy Week and Easter (to be released later.)

This Resource explores parts of Jesus’ recorded ministry and invites you to discover some of the template that Jesus set for his disciples when he invited them to “follow me”. Continuing the journey they created from advent, this resource continues to be intentional with prayers, questions and reflections that everyone can ponder throughout this important season we remember the story of Christ.
