YouLEAD+ Retreat is on for 2023!

Are you ready for a deep-dive into leadership? This retreat is the perfect place to integrate leadership tools with your own experience.

Find yourself as the one organising the people in your life? Maybe you have the suggestions about where to go next that people haven’t thought about? Do you love to motivate people? Are you great at listening to everyone and helping them make a decision? Leadership comes in all sorts of shapes and sizes! This weekend explores different types of leadership and what gifts and skills you bring to the table. We will explore how culture impacts on leadership, how to care for others, deal with conflict and build a team. In all of this we will discover the diversity of the Uniting Church and how you can exercise your gifts in it.

This retreat for young leaders aged 18-35 will help you unpack all of that, and more.
