Safeguarding minors in the Uniting Church
The National Safe Church Unit, along with UCA Redress Limited are holding an online forum on Safeguarding Children and Young People in the UCA.
This one-hour session will include what the Uniting Church is doing to keep those under 18 years old safe in UCA spaces, trauma informed responses and prevention of grooming.
Anyone across the Uniting Church who is in ministry with young people, including ministry agents and safe church contacts, can register and attend. As the forum is online, it is free of cost.
The session will take place on Thursday, 5 May 2022 at 12pm to 1pm AEST.
