God has started a brand new thing

The first Young Adult Gathering was held in early April, and in every moment God was honoured.

It’s all very exciting.

On Saturday 9th April Young Adults from across the greater Sydney region gathered at the Annandale Creative Arts Centre to celebrate the work God is doing in all our lives.

Led by our amazing MCs , we sang together, ate together, heard people share their precious stories, and helped birth a brand new Christian community for young adults, by young adults.

The team behind it poured so much into the night, and feedback from participants of this new community has been overwhelmingly positive. It’s been a complete privilege to work with these young leaders and the good news is another gathering is coming!

We’ll be back at ACUC on Saturday 13 August, and we’d love you to be there! We’ll be starting at 7pm and sharing stories, worshipping God, developing community, and eating together, and your presence will make it all the more special.

If you’d like to get involved in helping make the event happen, there’s heaps of ways you can participate:

  • Welcoming
  • Singing/playing instruments
  • Technical (sound, lights, PC)
  • Creative input
  • Ambience/stage dressing
  • Catering
  • Speaking/Sharing your story
