In this risk concerned world it can be hard to know what you need to think about in regards to Children and young people. Belinda gives you a quick intro of tips as to what to think about in caring carefully. She highlights the importance of good planning, being prepared and thinking things through as a team so that our young people are safe, feel safe and have a voice when they are feeling like things are not ok.

We know that Jesus cared about children, as Christians we need to make sure that what we do is creating a safe space, showing the love of God to them through our actions.

As well as the video below, the risk team have done a great job in creating the risk bites with a whole range of things you might be engaged with, in the church, including planning a bushwalk, driving someone to church, or planning a big event. Why not check out their site.
