Gifts with a message!

As we start to prepare for Christmas and things get busy, let’s get intentional about supporting the children in our church. Why not make them special gifts with meaning.

There are so many very clever ideas about how to encourage and inspire kids in their faith. People have come up with the craziest ideas to connect faith, in a powerful way with kids.

This was my favourite one for today, they had run a Dr Suess night and made this gift for the kids to take home.

The saying :

You have brains in your head, feet in your shoes, you can steer your life where ever you choose. So put on these socks and tie up your laces and ALWAYS choose to stand in Holy Places.

I love the idea that every time a child puts on these socks they would remember that our world is a holy place where God is present..
