Naidoc Week – Messy Church style!

Naidoc week this year has been moved to November, it is an opportunity for all Australians to celebrate the history, culture and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People. There will be many events and celebrations going on across the country to celebrate Naidoc Week, why not see what is happening in your local area and go and be part of it!
All Australians can participate in Naidoc week and we are delighted to share a great resource created by Marike Jago from Woollahra Double Bay Uniting Church. Naidoc Week Messy Church Style!
Whilst Marike created this resource for previous years there are some great ideas on what you can do..
One of the key take-homes for Marike was to connect with the local Indigenous community.
