The Easter Message – an interactive Easter journey for young people

UCAYouth and Pulse are delighted to join together to offer The Easter Message 2020 – an interactive Easter journey for young people aged 16-25.

The Easter Message is designed to compliment local church communities’ Easter experiences, whilst offering a chance to join temporary cohort of young people journeying through this most-important-of-all-weekends. The Easter Message is free to join and completely secure. Simply complete the form below.

By receiving SMS throughout the Easter weekend, participants will catch a glimpse of the emotions and reactions of those who experienced the first Easter. Zoom meeting will provide a chance for this temporary to reflect, share communion, and process how this Easter journey might speak to us in our current times.

Participants will receive SMS messages throughout the Easter weekend, commencing Thursday morning, and concluding Easter Sunday evening. Participants will also be invited to join two Zoom worship experiences – Thursday 9pm (after #CalmDown) and Sunday 8pm.

Some important bits & pieces:

  • The information collected will be used only for the purposes of The Easter Message 2020. SMS will be sent through a secure 3rd party distributor ClickSend.com
  • Participants aged 16-17 will require parental consent to participate.
  • The Easter Message journey is indebted to the Bible Society Australia for sharing their HolyText resources with us. We recommend you check out their work supporting the Nyoongar people of Western Australia.
